To help keep your accounts safe, you can set up the HSBC Qatar mobile app only on one mobile device at a time. If you already have it on multiple phones or tablets, you can still use them. But, if you remove the app from one and try to install it on a new device, you’ll see a ‘Device limit reached’ error. To delink a device, select your profile in the app > Go to Security > Select Manage devices > Find the device to be delinked and select Delete. If you only have the app on one device and it’s lost or broken, call us on 4441 1550 to delink it.
