COVID-19 charity projects in Middle East – 14 April 2020

An estimated 80,000 people across 7 countries will benefit from our global US$25 million COVID-19 charitable fund, including nearly 14,000 in Qatar.

Branch operating hours update - 5 April 2020

In light of current concerns on health and safety, and the recent decisions by the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management, our branch in City Centre is now temporary closed effective Wednesday 18 March 2020. We urge our customers to use their debit and credit cards for transactional payments, our Internet / Mobile banking platforms, as well as our Contact Centre (4442 4722) for their day-to-day transactions. Our branches on the Airport Street and Salwa Road will be functioning as usual in the mornings between 7:30 am – 12:30 pm, Sunday to Thursday. We regret any inconvenience.

Some criminals are using the coronavirus outbreak as an opportunity to scam the public. This includes offering medical products, guidance or a safe haven for money.
