Retrieve your monthly banking and credit card statements any time you like. Personal Internet Banking offers you a secure way of storing up to 12 statements.
A global account view¹

Use Global View to link your eligible HSBC accounts in other countries and regions to view all the balances of your accounts on one screen and do instant transfers between them.
Transfers

Move money between your HSBC Qatar accounts and credit cards. Make domestic and international money transfers. HSBC money transfer is a safe, convenient and hassle-free way to make a payment.

Step 1

To start using our new and improved online banking select the 'Log on' button on the top right of your screen.

Step 2

Enter your username and click 'Continue'.

Step 3

Log on securely by entering your security code and selecting 'Log on'.
To generate a new HSBC security code, select 'How to generate a security code.'

Step 4

Follow the instructions on the screen.

Step 5

Alternatively, you can log on using your existing password.

Redesigned for more ease and convenience, you can now view and manage all your local and global HSBC accounts from your home page.

Step 1

Log on and view all your HSBC accounts held in different countries and regions in one place.

Step 2

Click on an account to see the details and the list of transactions.

Step 3

The quick menu on your home page helps you perform banking transactions directly.

You can look up and download account transactions made under any of your HSBC accounts by following these simple steps.

Step 1

To search for a transaction, simply click on the 'Search and filter' feature on your account transaction page.

Step 2

Select the 'Date range' and/ or 'Keyword' and click 'Search' to filter your transactions.

Step 3

You can also download the transaction for easy access in the future.

With a few clicks you can bank at your convenience, so there's no more waiting in queues.

Step 1

To make a transfer, simply select 'Pay and transfer' from the top menu or from the 'Quick links' on the home page. Then select the account you wish to debit funds from.

Step 2

You can choose to make a transfer to saved beneficiaries or new ones.

Step 3

Fill in the details and click 'Continue'.

Step 4

Review the details of your transaction.

Step 5

And click 'Confirm' to complete your transaction.

Step 6

Make sure to note the 'Confirmation number' for future reference.

You can even choose to print the transaction details.

Step 7

To perform Global Transfers, select the account to be debited, then select 'Someone you have paid before'. Filter 'Your international accounts' and select the Global Account. Click on Continue

To activate your Secure Key, please make sure you have it with you.

Step 1

Enter your online banking username then select ’Continue’.

Step 2

Next, enter your password and log on.

Step 3

Select ‘Activate now’ to start the activation process.

Step 4

Follow the on-screen instructions, then select 'Activate now'.

Step 5

Check we have the right mobile number for you. If it’s correct, select ‘Request new activation code’. If it isn’t, call us on +974 4441 1550 to update your number.

Step 6

We’ll send you an activation code by SMS message. If it doesn't reach you within a few minutes, you can request a new code.

Step 7

Enter the activation code we’ve sent you. Next, follow the other on-screen instructions then select ‘Activate now’.

Step 8

All done! Your Secure Key is now ready to use.

Step 1

Enter your online banking username then select ’Continue’.

Step 2

Select 'Continue using password'.

(If you're already on the password page, go to Step 3.)

Step 3

Select 'Forgotten your password?'.

Step 4

Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.

Step 5

Choose a new security question, then select 'Continue'.

Step 6

To activate the log on details you've created, call us on the number shown. You'll need to quote the reference number shown on screen.

HSBC Secure Keys give you a unique passcode every time you log on and make a transfer or payment.

Ordering your first Secure Key? Follow the steps below.
Need a replacement Secure Key? Please call us on +974 4441 1550.

Step 1

Enter your online banking username then select ’Continue’.

Step 2

Next, enter your password and select 'Log on'.

Step 3

Select ‘Order Secure Key’ to place an order for your new Secure Key.

Step 4

Read the message, then select 'Order a Secure Key' to confirm your order.

Step 5

All done! You can now collect your Secure Key from your nearest HSBC branch.

Never used HSBC online banking before? No problem. Here's how to register.

Step 1

Select ‘Register’ at the top of your screen.

Step 2

Verify your identity by entering one of the following:

credit card number and 6-digit PIN
phone banking number and 6-digit phone banking PIN
debit card number and 6-digit PIN

Step 3

Create your login details by following the on-screen instructions. Then select ‘Continue’.

Step 4

Choose a security question, then select 'Continue'.

Step 5

Read and accept our online banking terms and conditions, then select ‘Continue’.

Step 6

That's it! You can now log on to online banking at any time using the log on details you just created.

You can also use the same log on details to activate the HSBC mobile banking app.
